I came in knowing my old mower was finished but not knowing what should replace it. The person helping me asked about my yard size, slopes, and how much storage space I had instead of immediately pushing the biggest model. I appreciated that. He walked me through the controls, maintenance schedule, and warranty paperwork in plain language. The mower was clean, fueled, and ready when I picked it up. I have used it several times now and it starts easily and cuts evenly. The whole purchase felt straightforward, and nobody tried to add things I didn't need. I will definitely check 3Y first when I need more outdoor equipment.

    Solid local hardware stop

    I needed a few nuts, fuel line, and a spark plug for a weekend project. I found everything in one trip, and an employee helped me sort out the thread size. The store was tidy and easy to browse. I would rather come here than wander around a huge warehouse.

    Helpful, with one hiccup

    I ordered a mower blade and the first one brought out was the wrong length. The employee caught the mistake before I left and found the proper blade in back. It added a little time to my visit, but everyone was courteous and the correct part fit perfectly once I got home.
