I liked the selection and never felt pressured, but the sedan wasn't cleaned very well and the financing paperwork dragged on. The deal was fair, though I wish the final handoff had been more organized.

I drove across Orlando after being told the car was ready, only to find it wouldn't start. Nobody called me beforehand, and the staff brushed off my wasted trip. I won't be coming back again.

I came in looking for a reliable commuter and left with a clean Corolla that fit my budget. The salesperson gave me space to look, answered every question, and allowed a thorough test drive. Financing was explained clearly with no surprise add-ons. Even the follow-up call a few days later was appreciated.
