helpful with my first purchase

Review of 43rd Street Motors Inc. by Megan Cortes · September 13, 2025

5/5

This was my first time buying a vehicle on my own, so I had a lot of questions about financing and registration. The staff did not make me feel silly for asking. They went through the loan terms with me, explained which documents I needed, and allowed me to call my insurance company without hovering. I chose a compact SUV that looked well cared for and felt solid on the road. There were a couple of minor cosmetic marks, but they pointed those out before I committed. I especially appreciated that nobody tried to pressure me into a more expensive model. The experience was much less stressful than I expected.

    happy with my SUV

I came by with a short list of SUVs and found one that checked nearly every box. The staff let me compare features and take my time inspecting it. Financing was clearly explained, and the vehicle was washed before pickup. I have driven it daily since buying it and have had no problems.

    a comfortable buying process

I was nervous about shopping for a used car, but the team here made it surprisingly comfortable. They answered my questions without acting impatient and gave me plenty of time to look over the vehicle. I also liked that the test drive was not rushed. When it came to the paperwork, everything was explained before I signed. The interior had been cleaned well, and they took care of one small concern I noticed before delivery. I left with a car that fits my needs and budget.

    not what I expected

I drove over after calling about a car, only to find it unavailable. Nobody offered a clear explanation, and I left angry.
