I liked the car during the test drive, but a warning light appeared shortly after I took it home. I called more than once and had trouble getting a clear answer about when they could look at it. The issue was eventually discussed, but the slow response left me disappointed with the experience.

I came by with a short list of SUVs and found one that checked nearly every box. The staff let me compare features and take my time inspecting it. Financing was clearly explained, and the vehicle was washed before pickup. I have driven it daily since buying it and have had no problems.

I was nervous about shopping for a used car, but the team here made it surprisingly comfortable. They answered my questions without acting impatient and gave me plenty of time to look over the vehicle. I also liked that the test drive was not rushed. When it came to the paperwork, everything was explained before I signed. The interior had been cleaned well, and they took care of one small concern I noticed before delivery. I left with a car that fits my needs and budget.
