I never felt rushed during the test drives, and they were upfront about normal wear on the car I chose. That honesty made a difference. The financing explanation was simple enough to follow, with no surprise add-ons slipped into the conversation. They even made sure the fuel level and tire pressure were handled before I left. A few weeks later, the car is still driving well, and I feel good about where I bought it.

    a comfortable buying process
