I’m extremely frustrated with my experience. Once the sale was finished, getting anyone to return my calls about a promised repair became nearly impossible. I kept being told someone would contact me, but nothing happened. I should not have to chase a dealership repeatedly to get an issue addressed after buying a car.

I found the SUV I wanted and had a smooth experience from the test drive through signing. Everyone was respectful, the paperwork was organized, and I never felt pressured. I would buy here again.

I regret purchasing my vehicle from 441 Motors. The car looked fine during the short test drive, but warning lights came on soon after I took it home. I called several times and got passed around without a clear answer about what they were willing to do. When I finally reached someone, the conversation felt dismissive and rushed. I understand that used cars can have problems, but I expect a dealer to communicate honestly and at least make a reasonable effort to help. Between the mechanical issue, the time I lost calling, and the lack of follow-up, this turned into a stressful purchase. I would not shop here again based on how I was treated afterward.

I had a good experience buying my car from 441 Motors. The salesperson gave me room to look around and answered my questions without pushing me toward something outside my budget. I was able to take a decent test drive, and the car was clean and matched what I had seen in the listing. Financing and paperwork were explained clearly, although the whole process took longer than I expected once we agreed on the numbers. I also had to ask twice for an extra key they said they would check on. Still, everyone stayed polite, the price felt fair, and the vehicle has been running well so far. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase.
