I’m happy with the sedan I bought. It was clean, drove smoothly, and matched the description I was given. The sales process was relaxed, and the numbers were explained clearly. My only complaint is that getting a follow-up answer took two calls. Otherwise, I’d feel comfortable shopping here again.

The car I looked at was priced fairly, and the salesperson was easy to talk to. I did wait longer than expected for the financing paperwork, and the interior could have been cleaned better before pickup. So far it drives fine, but the buying process felt uneven. Not terrible, just room for improvement.

I came in looking for a dependable truck for work and had a much better experience than I expected. The salesperson listened to what I actually needed instead of showing me every expensive truck on the lot. I was able to inspect the bed, check underneath, and take a decent test drive without feeling rushed. They were upfront about the truck’s age and showed me the available paperwork. Financing took some time, but everything was explained before I signed. They also made sure the truck was washed and ready when I returned. I’ve already put it to work, and it has handled everything well. I’m very satisfied with my purchase.

I had a really good experience buying my SUV here. I told them what I could spend, and nobody tried to push me into something more expensive. They let me take my time looking it over and answered my questions about the mileage and service history. The paperwork was explained clearly, and I was out faster than expected. The vehicle was clean at pickup and has been running well. I’d definitely come back when my family needs another car.

This was my first time financing a used vehicle, so I came in expecting the process to be confusing. The person helping me walked through the down payment, monthly terms, and paperwork in plain language. I never felt rushed to sign anything. I test-drove two vehicles and ended up choosing the smaller SUV because it fit my budget better. Before pickup, they took care of a warning light I noticed and let me verify that it was resolved. The SUV was clean, had plenty of gas to get me home, and has been driving great. I appreciated the patience and honest guidance. I would gladly buy from 561 Auto & Truck Sales again.
