Very frustrating purchase

I drove across Tampa after confirming a vehicle was available, only to arrive and learn it couldn’t be test-driven because of a mechanical issue. Nobody mentioned that before I came. I was then shown another car that was outside my budget and had obvious cosmetic damage. The salesperson kept trying to move the conversation toward financing instead of answering basic questions about condition and history. I wasted a lot of time and left feeling like my concerns did not matter at all.

    Nothing but problems

    I regret buying my vehicle here. A warning light came on almost immediately, and when I called, I was told someone would get back to me. That call never came. I stopped by in person and still couldn’t get a straight answer about whether they would inspect it. On top of that, the temporary paperwork was handled poorly, which added another headache I didn’t need. I understand used cars can have issues, but ignoring me after the sale is unacceptable. I was friendly and patient at first, but after repeated attempts to get help, I gave up. I would not purchase from 5G Auto Trade again.

    Easy from start to finish

    I had a great experience at 5G Auto Trade. I came in with a budget and a general idea of what I wanted, and the salesperson showed me a couple reasonable options without pushing the most expensive one. The vehicle I chose was clean, the test drive wasn’t rushed, and they answered my questions about its history. Paperwork was straightforward, and I left feeling comfortable with the deal. A follow-up question was also answered quickly. I’d gladly shop here again.

    Good car buying experience

    I had a mostly positive experience buying my sedan from 5G Auto Trade. The salesperson gave me time to look around without hovering and let me take a thorough test drive. The car was clean, drove well, and matched the description I had seen before visiting. Financing was explained clearly, and I never felt pressured to add anything I didn’t want. My only complaint was the amount of time spent waiting for the paperwork to be finished. I was there longer than expected, even though I already had most of my information ready. Aside from that delay, everyone was polite, and I’m happy with the car so far.
