They added a bunch of surprise fees onto the final bill that weren't discussed during the initial handshake. Watch your paperwork like a hawk before you sign.

Super impressed with the transparency. They showed me the carfax report without me even asking. Got a fair trade-in for my old truck too. Great local shop.
