The carts are great but the service center is very busy. Had to wait nearly two weeks for a simple battery replacement.

The golf cart itself is high quality. We had a slight delay in delivery, but they communicated it well. Overall a good deal.

Overcharged for simple parts
They charged way too much for a basic replacement charger. I checked online after and found the exact one for half the price.
