It was okay, they got the car eventually but I had to call twice to confirm the appointment. The driver was nice enough but the office side is a bit disorganized.

Had a non-running sedan taking up space in my driveway. Mike came out and grabbed it same day. Very professional and paid me cash on the spot. Just took a bit longer than I hoped for him to arrive.
