Not great communication after sale
The buying process was fine, but getting my spare key and title work sorted after the sale has been a nightmare. Nobody returns calls here.

Waited forever to sign papers
The car was fine, but the wait time to finish the financing was over three hours even with an appointment. They were understaffed.
