The vehicle is great, but the communication during the financing stage was poor. It took several days to get the final approval, which was frustrating.

The car had a small issue that wasn't fixed as promised. They kept delaying the appointment to get it into the shop. Very frustrating for a new buyer.

ABC is fantastic. They made sure my new SUV was cleaned and ready when I arrived. The financing process was faster than at any other dealership.

Overall a great place to buy a car. The staff was super helpful and explained everything about the financing terms clearly. Just wish the lot was a bit cleaner.
