Scheduled an appointment for 9 AM. I arrived on time, but they didn't even start on my truck until noon. Then they told me the tires I reserved were gone. Nobody seemed to care about the inconvenience. Never going back.

The tires are fine but they left greasy fingerprints all over my door handle. Just a bit sloppy on the small details.
