They always have what I need, from paint supplies to plumbing parts. Very clean aisles and the staff is always walking around to offer help.

Rudely ignored at checkout
Stood in line for 10 minutes while the clerk just talked to a coworker. Zero urgency even when I was the only one in line.

Perfect neighborhood hardware store
Fast, friendly, and reliable. I love being able to walk in and get help immediately rather than wandering around a massive big-box store for an hour.

Went in looking for a specific bolt and the guy at the counter acted like I was a huge inconvenience. Spent 20 minutes and still didn't find it.

Always have the right tool
Great selection of power tools and hardware. The staff knows their inventory well and can point you to exactly the right aisle in seconds.
