Waited over an hour despite reserving the tractor online. Staff didn't even acknowledge the delay until I walked to the counter myself.

Good equipment selection for rent
Usually have the skid steers I need in stock. The staff is helpful, just sometimes the paperwork takes a bit too long when it's busy.
