I waited over two hours for a simple balance. Nobody came to update me on the status. Pretty frustrated with the lack of urgency shown.

Terrible experience with my appointment
I had a 9am appointment and they didn't even touch my car until 11am. Why have a booking system if you don't follow it? Waste of my day.

Reliable and honest mechanics
They don't try to upsell you on things you don't need. My alignment feels much better and the wait in the lobby was comfortable.
