The car is great, but the wait times for paperwork were quite long. I sat there for over three hours waiting for the finance manager to finish up, even though I had an appointment.

We agreed on a price, but then they kept changing the terms once I got to the finance desk. Too much back and forth for my taste. Left with a sour taste.
