Damaged gear and no help
They rented me a piece of equipment that was missing a safety guard. When I pointed it out, they just shrugged. Dangerous practices.

Complete waste of time
Reserved a machine online, showed up to get it, and they didn't have it ready. Then they tried to give me something much more expensive.
