Wrong parts way too often
Seems like every time I come here for something as simple as brake pads for my Ford, they give me the wrong size. Ended up wasting two trips today. Frustrating.

Fast and friendly service
Needed a new wiper blade set installed during a downpour. The clerk came right out to the parking lot and popped them on for me. Fantastic service.

Helpful with my battery issue

Pretty decent spot for parts
Clean store and usually pretty well stocked. I appreciate that they let you borrow the loaner tools for small jobs. Makes things much easier for me.
