Long lines and poor communication
Stood at the counter for 15 minutes while the staff ignored the line to talk amongst themselves. Very frustrating experience today.

Fast and easy returns
Had to return a sensor that didn't fit my model. The return process was smooth and the guys working were very chill about it.
