Prices are fine but it takes a while to get help sometimes. Seems like they are always understaffed on weekend mornings.

Good parts but customer service varies
Depends on who you get. Some employees are super helpful and others act like you are bothering them by asking a question.

Usually a great stop for parts. Just be prepared to wait a bit if there is a line during the lunch hour rush.

Website inventory is often wrong
Shows in stock online but never actually on the shelf. Wasted a trip driving over for a belt tensioner that wasn't there.
