Parts quality is fine, but the counter help is consistently slow even when the store isn't that busy. They could use more staff.

Average parts store experience
Store is clean, but inventory can be hit or miss. Sometimes they have the part, other times I have to wait days for shipping.

Asked a question about a part and the guy at the counter was so condescending. I'll take my business somewhere else next time.
