Hard to reach on the phone
Nice place, but getting a straight answer over the phone is impossible. If you want to talk business, you have to drive there in person.

Exceptional customer service
I had a minor issue with the carburetor after driving it home, and they actually paid for the repair at my local shop. Truly stand-up guys.
