Some staff are great but others are completely unprofessional. The car itself is good but the customer service needs a lot of work.

Total waste of time
I spent four hours there for nothing. The manager kept changing the numbers on the contract. Absolute nightmare to deal with.

Called to check on a vehicle availability and was put on hold forever. When I finally arrived, nobody seemed to know what I was talking about.
