Hidden fees ruined the deal
Agreed on a price over the phone, but when I arrived they added on several bogus fees. Very disappointing experience.

Frustrating wait for finance department
I was pre-approved and still spent four hours waiting to sign papers. Just too much standing around for a simple purchase.
