The car had a flat tire immediately after I left. They wanted to charge me to fix it. Just an awful, greedy company to use.

Great rental cars
Super easy to pick up the car. It was clean and smelled fresh. Process took about 15 minutes. Very pleased with the service.

Slow and unhelpful
Took forever to return my rental deposit. No one could give me a straight answer on why it was held up. Very frustrating.
