They charged me for a full tank of gas even though I returned it full. They refused to fix it at the counter. Terrible.

Great rental cars
Super easy to pick up the car. It was clean and smelled fresh. Process took about 15 minutes. Very pleased with the service.

Slow and unhelpful
Took forever to return my rental deposit. No one could give me a straight answer on why it was held up. Very frustrating.
