the salesman was great but the manager was dismissive and kind of rude when we talked numbers. ruined the mood of buying a luxury car. i almost walked out because of his attitude. i hope they train him better on how to talk to customers.

the giulia is just a blast to drive. mark helped me with the test drive and he really knew the performance specs inside and out. made the whole buying process feel special. clean car and a very professional atmosphere at the dealership. glad i chose this place.

the alfa romeo is a beautiful machine and i love driving it. sales staff was fine but the wait for finance was way too long. plan to spend a half day here if you are buying. otherwise good experience and the car is a beast on the road.

they gave me a very fair value for my trade in which made the purchase of my new car much easier. the whole process was transparent and honest. i appreciate the hard work they put in to get the deal done. definitely a satisfied customer.

mark in sales was awesome. he didn't pressure me at all and just let the car sell itself. really knowledgeable about the italian engineering. helped me secure a good rate and explained all the features before i drove off. five stars for the service.

i had a minor issue with the infotainment system and they fixed it under warranty without any fuss. the service manager kept me updated the whole time. they provided a nice loaner car while mine was in the shop. top tier service that i didn't expect.

this was the easiest car purchase i have ever made. everything was prepared in advance so i didn't have to wait around. mark was excellent and walked me through all the settings on the dashboard. really happy with the service and the car is fantastic.

came here to look at the stelvio. the showroom is clean and they have a good setup. the staff is very polite and professional. took a while to get the keys for a drive but once i got behind the wheel it was worth it. good overall experience.

took my car in for a scheduled maintenance appointment and they were two hours behind schedule. no one apologized for the wait. i expected better treatment given the brand and the price of the car. really frustrating experience overall.

i usually dread taking my car to a dealership but these guys are different. fast check in and they even gave my car a wash. they identified a small problem i didn't even notice yet and took care of it. very professional service department here.

walked in just to look and ended up buying. the staff made me feel welcome immediately. they have a great selection of colors and trims. the price was competitive and they even threw in a nice hat. loving the car so far, such a smooth ride.

service is decent but the costs for simple oil changes are high. i know it is an alfa romeo but still it hurts the wallet. the staff is polite and they do good work but be prepared to pay a premium for every little thing.
