Service was not up to par
My car was returned with greasy fingerprints all over the interior. I expect better care when I drop my luxury vehicle for service.

Excellent support from the team
My car had a minor rattle and they fixed it immediately while I waited. Laura even gave me a coffee while I relaxed in the lounge.
