I had a decent test drive, but when it came to the final price, they added several fees they didn't mention earlier. Felt like a bait and switch tactic.

The car I bought is great, but getting updates on the title paperwork was a chore. I had to follow up twice to make sure everything was squared away. Good car, average service.
