Love my new Ford Escape. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about their vehicles, though the final paperwork took about an hour longer than I hoped. Still a solid experience.

The car I bought is great, but getting updates on the title paperwork was a chore. I had to follow up twice to make sure everything was squared away. Good car, average service.
