I dropped off my zero-turn for a simple blade sharpening and oil change. They told me it would be two days, but it sat there for over two weeks. Every time I called, Dave just kept saying they were waiting on parts.

I came in to buy parts and was ignored for twenty minutes while the staff talked amongst themselves. When I finally asked for help, they were totally dismissive.
