They confirmed my time slot and then called an hour before to say they couldn't make it. Ruined my entire schedule for the week. Very unreliable.

Billing issues after the job
The actual rental work was fine but the billing department was a nightmare. They overcharged me and it took three phone calls just to get a manager to fix it.

Equipment arrived dirty and late
Crane showed up late and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. For the price we are paying, I expected a higher level of maintenance and better time management.
