They had what I needed eventually, but it took way longer than expected. Staff is nice, but they need to stock better.

Mixed results with parts
Some parts are great, but sometimes they send the wrong items. Staff tries hard to fix it, but it's an annoyance.

Terrible customer service with forklift
Waited three weeks for a simple part and no one would call me back. Very disappointed in the lack of communication.
