Broken equipment delivered, and they refused to send a tech out for over a week. Absolutely unprofessional and poor management.

Some parts are great, but sometimes they send the wrong items. Staff tries hard to fix it, but it's an annoyance.

Terrible customer service with forklift
Waited three weeks for a simple part and no one would call me back. Very disappointed in the lack of communication.
