They were supposed to drop off the bounce house at 9 AM but didn't show up until 11. Kind of ruined the start of the party.

Good quality bounce house
The kids loved the unit, it was very clean and colorful. Just wish the pick up was a little earlier in the evening.

Highly professional event team
They know exactly how to handle birthday events. Setup was quick, they were very careful with the power cords, and everything worked great.
