They promised to find a specific hybrid but after three weeks of silence, they just stopped returning my calls entirely. Terrible way to run a business.

Good car but needs better staff training
The broker I dealt with was nice but wasn't very knowledgeable about the tech features in the car I bought. Had to figure it out myself.
