Sent emails and called multiple times about a backordered item, but they never got back to me. Customer service is definitely their weak point.

Knowledgable but busy shop
They know their racing tech, but sometimes it takes a while to get a hold of someone for advice. When you do, it's worth it.

Best shop for racing parts
These guys know their performance specs inside and out. Very helpful staff who actually know what a track car needs to stay fast.

Parts arrived damaged
The box looked like it was kicked around. My turbo housing had a dent. They gave me a refund but it slowed down my project significantly.

Wrong part shipped, took ages to return
They shipped me the wrong intake manifold. Returning it was a nightmare and it took almost three weeks to get the right one back to me.
