Paid in advance and nobody came to set up our chairs. Wasted a whole morning waiting and couldn't get a refund.

Good gear but late
The quality of the beach chairs is great, but they didn't get our setup finished until an hour after our reserved time.

Extremely disappointed with staff
The equipment was broken and they refused to switch it out. Very unprofessional behavior when I asked for help.
