Vehicle had hidden mechanical issues
I bought a SUV here that had issues with the transmission shortly after. When I brought it back, they were very dismissive of the problem.

Service department lacks communication
I had to wait two weeks for a simple part to arrive for my repair. Nobody called to update me, I had to call them repeatedly for info.
