Equipment broke during use
Rented a jackhammer and it seized up within an hour. They refunded me but it ruined my whole Saturday schedule.

Super easy rental process
Rented a pressure washer from these guys. Good prices and the staff in Hollywood are real pros. Will be back for sure.
