Mixed feelings on the purchase
The sales team was friendly but the finance office took forever. I spent four hours waiting just to sign the papers. The car itself is great, but the process is slow.

Hidden fees ruined the deal
Negotiated a fair price for a used sedan but then they added $2k in bogus dealer fees at the final paperwork stage. Very shady business practices here.

Okay but vehicle wasn't cleaned
The sales guy was nice but the interior of the car was pretty dusty and the windows were streaky. I had to pay for a detail job immediately.
