Service department was extremely slow
Had a simple engine service performed but it took nearly a month. They didn't communicate updates well and I had to keep calling them to see what was happening.

Good quality boats and parts

Great boat buying experience
Fair prices, good selection, and the sales team wasn't pushy at all. They made sure I understood how to operate the new electronics before taking it out for the first time.
