The unit wasn't fully cleaned when we picked it up, and they weren't very apologetic about it. Disappointed given the good reviews.

The unit wouldn't start at the campsite. Had to wait hours for roadside assistance. Totally ruined our plans.

Highly recommend them. Our unit was spotless and ran flawlessly on our trip to the coast. The staff are true pros.
