I was promised a trade-in value that they refused to honor once I arrived. Total bait and switch. Absolutely awful business tactics.

Horrible experience stay away
Found a huge dent they hid during the walkaround. When I pointed it out, they just shrugged and said it's as-is. Total lack of integrity.
