Terrible customer service here
The cart broke down in the middle of our ride, and they refused to send someone to help. We were stranded in the heat for over an hour. Avoid.

Great carts and fast service
Friendly staff, very knowledgeable. The checkout process took maybe 10 minutes, and we were off exploring the island immediately.
