The car is great, but getting it ready took forever. We sat in the lobby for three hours waiting for the final detailing to finish up.

Hidden fees ruined the deal
Car was fine, but they snuck in dealer prep fees we didn't discuss. By the time I noticed, I was already deep into the paperwork. Very shady feeling.
