Awesome rental experience
I needed a small mixer for a backyard project. APE had it available and ready to roll. The staff is super laid back and easy to deal with. Five stars.

Equipment broke down mid job
The equipment I rented failed halfway through my day. It was frustrating, though they did offer a partial refund when I returned it. Not a great experience overall.

Wait time was terrible
They had only one person working the desk and there was a huge line. Took nearly 45 minutes just to pick up a reservation. Needs better staffing.
