Reserved a wood chipper days in advance. Showed up and they said it was broken and didn't even call me. Had to cancel my crew.

Mostly great experience overall
Solid place for tool rentals. Dropped a star because the lobby was a bit busy and I waited 20 mins, but the equipment worked fine.
